Potty training can get expensive fast! Between training pants, wipes and all the little extras, it really adds up.
Thankfully, I’ve found lots of potty training freebies – including free training pants, diaper samples and coupons, plus potty training kits, printable potty training charts and more.
Free Training Pants Samples & Coupons
I’ve received lots of free products that can come in handy during potty training, including training pants, nighttime underwear and wipes.
Here are some of the brands I’ve personally received freebies from:
- Pull-Ups (USA) – Sign up for free samples, coupons and special promotions. They also have a handy potty training app!
- Pull-Ups (Canada) – FREE Potty Training Starter Kit with training pant samples and potty training resources
- Pampers Easy Ups – Register for samples, coupons and Pampers rewards
- DYPER – Try 3 DYPER training pants (up to 6T) or diapers for just $5. I personally received a sample pack and loved it!
- Terra – Get free eco-friendly Terra training pants, diapers and wipes
- Rascals – Find free samples of their diapers and training pants on their social pages
- Millie Moon – I got a free diaper sample pack from a promo on their site. They also make training pants, so check for current samples and coupons.
- Goodnites – Nighttime underwear coupons and bedwetting help
- Kandoo – Sign up for samples, Kandoo coupons plus get great potty training tips
- Hanna Andersson – (not free) but get 20% off their washable organic cotton training underwear to save money!

- Potty Genius – Enter their monthly giveaway for a chance to win a free pack of children’s training pants.

It’s worth signing up with your favorite brands – they’ll let you know when new samples, coupons and special offers are available.
I’ve received lots of free diapers and wipes from Honest, Huggies, Pampers, Coterie, and other brands in many of these free baby sample boxes.
Extra diapers and wipes can come in handy during potty training – especially for naps and nighttime.

There are so many free potty training charts, printables and helpful tips online.

Diapers & Training Pants for Families in Need
If buying diapers or training pants is a financial struggle, you may be able to get free supplies through a local diaper bank.
The National Diaper Bank Network can help you find diaper assistance programs in your area. Available products vary, so check with your local program to see whether toddler diapers or training pants are available.
Free Training Pants through Medicaid
Some children with an underlying medical condition that causes incontinence may qualify for free diapers, pull-ups and other incontinence supplies through Medicaid.
Aeroflow Urology helps families check their child’s coverage and, if eligible, can help coordinate the required prescription and covered supplies. Age, diagnosis and coverage requirements vary by state and insurance plan.
