Queasy? Tips to Deal with Morning Sickness:
Keep Snacks Close by
If you suffer from early morning nausea, keep snacks on your night stand. Nausea is amplified when you have an empty stomach.
You’re probably going to get up to pee at 3 am anyway, might as well nibble on some saltines. 😉
Ginger and Lemon May Ease Nausea
Ginger is well-known for calming a queasy stomach. So try sipping on some ginger ale or throw some ginger candies in your purse. Some pregnant Moms swear by sucking on lemon drops.
Try some Preggie Pops
If you want something healthier than candy, try out these delicious Preggie Pop Drops. They’re drug free and made from plant botanicals.
Change up your Vitamins
We all know how important prenatal vitamins are, but sometimes they can be rough on your stomach. Instead of taking vitamins in the morning, try taking them at supper. That made all the difference for my pregnancies.
Some expecting Moms find that gummy vitamins are gentler on their stomachs. These are my favorite prenatal gummies.
Save Money on Maternity Clothes

Hair Tie Pregnancy Hack
Another simple hack is to use a hair tie. Just loop a hair tie around the button and through the hole to keep your jeans fastened. Nobody has to know. 😉

Alleviate Pain with these Pregnancy Tips
Oh, My Aching Back!
Because of your growing belly, you may experience back pain and even pelvic pain. Use kinesiology tape to support your baby bump.
By adding a few strips of kinesio tape to strategic areas, you can relieve some of the aches and pains caused by your growing belly.

Dealing with awful leg cramps? Eat a banana. Really.
Leg cramps in pregnancy usually occur due to a potassium deficiency. So try eating a banana with a big glass of water to get some relief.
Tips to Stay Hydrated during Pregnancy
It’s no surprise that it’s SUPER important to stay hydrated, not just for you but also your baby. It’s easy to get dehydrated when you’re growing another human. 😉
Keep a water bottle with you at all times. Set a goal and get a water bottle you’ll love. This pregnancy water bottle makes it easy to drink. It even has cute pregnancy stickers to track your water intake.
Hate the taste of plain water? Try adding some lemon (fights nausea) or get one of these awesome fruit-infuser bottles. Yummy!
How to Prevent Stretch Marks
Good skin comes from staying hydrated, eating a balanced diet, and regular exercise. Genetics also plays a role whether or not you’ll develop stretch marks.
Specialty stretch mark creams are designed to absorb deep into the skin and improve its flexibility.  Start using them as soon as you find out you’re pregnant.
